Major system upgrades including:
X2 30,000l EnduraMaxx water storage tanks, with joint pump suction feed and mains water meter.
Re- Plumbing of the pump house
All greens heads changed to HUnter g85b, solenoid valves changed to include pressure regulators constructed out of glavanised steel.
A practical addition of a Hunter ACC2 controller w

A practical addition of a Hunter ACC2 controller with Wi-Fi connection was installed along with Hunter Pilot decoders to all valves.
This allowed irrigation scheduling and instant remote control of sprinklers from a mobile device for the greenstaff via the Hunter Centralus online programme.
A cable was installed to allow the controller to be used from the greenkeeping office instead of the pump shed,

A Full upgrade to the Course Irrigation system, including full Tee, Greens and Approaches.
New Mainline and associated lateral lines installed and fusion welded. We have utilised a large Vibratory plow for the mainline and our smaller Vermeer plow for the the more delicate work around the Tees and Greens.
A new pumpset installed as well.

Installation of full pitch irrigation for 4 Training Pitches required to be of the highest quality possible.
Work involved a new 350,000L Tank, full TORO Lynx LAC control system and all associated mainline pipework, all fusion welded.
A new Pump room with Lowara pumpset was also added kicking out 1500 l/min.
A real first class setup.

We Installed over 6000 metres of drip line irrigation, throughout all of the Halls gardens.
Appropriate adjustments to dripline and valves were made so that plants received the correct amount of watering to create a truly spectacular grounds.

Located in South Shields, we undertook a full system install, modernising the irrigation system.
This work involved a new controller, 5000L tank, a submersible pump, pipework and Hunter valve and head sprinklers.
To avoid disturbing the playing service, pipe work was installed using pipe clips in the bowling green gutter.

Providing guidance and assistance to an in house team capable of a good amount of work themselves.
We supplied the correct materials ensuring these were being used and installed in the correct manner, and undertook some of the more specialist jobs such as fusion welding and installing greens isolation valves.

We gave advice on site visits of how to follow and correctly install the design that had been provided by KAR, including how to correctly route the cable to avoid any buried joints or spurs.
We attended site usually once per week to fusion weld the sections of mainline that they had trenched in so that it would be back filled by their team. We installed the green isolation valves, and control system.
